1. Anonymous by design
InnerVoice is built to collect honest feedback without compromising identity. Respondents never sign in, and we never ask for names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information when submitting feedback through a suggestion box or poll.
2. What we collect
For respondents (anonymous): Nothing. Anonymous submissions carry no identity.
For space owners (signed-in users): We store your account email and the spaces, boxes, polls, and submissions you create. We also collect standard usage data (page views, clicks) via PostHog to improve the product.
3. How we use data
- To provide and maintain the service.
- To send email digests and notifications you have explicitly enabled.
- To analyze product usage and fix bugs.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Data retention
Anonymous submissions are retained as long as the space owner keeps them. Account data is retained until you delete your account.
